Booking procedure:
* Need to book 30 days prior to travel date

2) Input appropriate Check-in & Check-out date & click “Book Now”
3) Input the booking code – THAI2018 in the Corporate Account ID under Preferential Code, then click “Search”
4) Proceed for room booking
* If asked at the reception, they need to mention they booked via HKTDC

Note: A non-refundable room payment for the entire stay will be charged upon reservation, no cancellation and amendment is allowed once the booking is confirmed. Failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment, space for subsequent nights will be released for resale.
