This aims to bring in all the big issues and developments by including leading and critical thinking with a view to helping to make the ICT sector really outstanding, through leading-level participation of Thailand authorities, policy makers, regulator, Telecoms & IT industry, and business community in and about Thailand.

What needs to be done in ICT to make the sector into an innovative, effective and efficient one, playing a much more positive, contributive role.
