Annual General Meeting 1/2022

Dear Valued Members,

We are pleased to inform you that Annual General Meeting No. 1/2022 of the Thai-Hong Kong Trade Association (THKTA) will be held on 29^th April, 2022, Friday, from 16:30 to 18:00 Hrs. at Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (Bangkok Office), 21^st Floor, Sathorn Square Tower, 98 North Sathorn Road, Silom, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500. After the meeting, you’re cordially invited to join the gathering dinner supported by HKETO (venue to be confirmed).

The schedule is as follows:

Registration                      16:00 Hrs.

Start of AGM                     16.30 Hrs.

Closing                              18:00 Hrs. follow by the dinner

As we need to have a quorum of at least one-quarter (1/4) of our Ordinary Members to convene the Annual General Meeting No. 1/2022, please note that your attendance in person or by proxy is most appreciated. Affiliate members are also welcome to join the Annual General Meeting No. 1/2022 but will not have the right to vote or to hold office as director.

At the same time, the agenda and the details of the Annual General Meeting will be sent to you at due course. We would like to encourage all of you to attend the Annual General Meeting and this is a good opportunity to meet our directors and members and vote for the new Board of Directors who will manage THKTA on your behalf throughout the year.
