THKTA Business Talk: “How to avoid labor dispute in Thailand and the latest update on the new long–term Resident Visa”

Thai-Hong Kong Trade Association and Lorenz & Partners Ltd. will organize a business talk on 25 August, 2022.

Lorenz & Partners (L&P)  is an “One Stop Coordinator” who provides integrated consulting service on legal, tax and business matters. L&P will share with us two different but important topics.

First, L&P will share with us best practice in avoiding labor disputes when it comes to employment termination – what are the employer’s risks. This will include real case studies and practical tips.

The second topic is about the long awaited new Long – Term Resident Visa in Thailand which will be opened for application from 1 September 2022. Our speakers will share with us the eligibility, non – tax and tax-incentives as well as the application process.
