The Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Thai-Hong Kong Trade Association (“THKTA”) was held on April 29, 2022. During the meeting, eleven (11) members were elected to be the Board of Directors for Year 2022/23. Subsequent to the AGM, the Board has elected President, three Vice-Presidents, Treasurer and Secretary General, and appointed Advisors to the Board in the first Board Meeting on May 6, 2022.

35 members attended the AGM. The meeting approved the Minutes of the 1/2021 Annual General Meeting, Audited Financial Statement of December 31, 2021 and the appointment of Auditor and Legal Advisor. 11 new Directors for 2022-2023 were nominated and were elected and approved by the meeting. After AGM, a gathering dinner was held at the House on Sathorn. THKTA would like to thank HKETO for the kind support for the meeting venue and the dinner arrangement. It was a great networking opportunity for our members, and everyone was excited to meet all the familiar faces after months of social distancing, and showed eagerness to get to know some new faces too.
