Celebration of 27th Anniversary of Establishment of HKSAR and THTKA Get Together Party/Installation of Board of Directors 2024-2025
On 1st July 2024, THKTA organized the Celebration of 27th Anniversary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) and Get Together Party 2024/Installation of Board of Directors 2024-2025 at Shangri-La Bangkok.
Since its return to the motherland on July 1, 1997, Hong Kong has continued to grow and evolve, establishing itself as the only city in the world that offers a secure and dynamic environment for business, an exciting, cosmopolitan lifestyle and direct access to the Chinese economy.
Around 150 guests from various sectors including THKTA Members, Embassy of China, Thai Chamber of Commerce and Board of Trade of Thailand, Chinese Business Associations, representatives of the Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce and the foreign chambers’ presidents or representatives. Amongst them were the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People’s Republic of China to the Kingdom of Thailand, H.E. Mr. Han Zhiqiang; the Director of The Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (Bangkok), Mr. Parson Lam; Chairman of the Thai Chamber of Commerce and Board of Trade of Thailand, Khun Sanan Angubolkul; the Regional Director of Southeast Asia & South Asia, Hong Kong Trade Development Council, and the President of Thai-Hong Kong Trade Association, Mr. Danny Yu and THKTA Board of Directors.
