HK Association of Travel Agents (HATA) Convention & Business Seminar on Measuring & Prioritizing Customer Demands: A Case Study of Tourism Industry
November 11, 2023: THKTA co-organized the business seminar with the HK Association of Travel Agents (HATA) this event was supported by HKETO.
The opening speech was by the Convention Chairman and promotion videos of Hong Kong, then opening remarks by Mr Parson Lam, Director, Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in Bangkok. Presentation from keynote speakers on Measuring & Prioritizing Customer Demands: A Case Study of Tourism Industry by Mr. Chattan Kunjara Na Ayudhya, Deputy Governor for International Marketing (Asia and South Pacific), Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), Gloria Slethaug, General Manager Marketing & Sales, Greater Bay Airlines Co., Ltd. and Mr. Wilfred Fan, Chief Commercial Officer, KLOOK.
Over 120 guests including Hong Kong delegates, representatives of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, THTKA representatives, Mr. Danny Yu, Mr. Margo Chan, Ms. Kathleen Pokrud, members and guests attended the seminar at Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen’s Park.
